Keeping on track with some mindfulness…

In December, we hosted a free mindful eating session with Dr. Dean Howes from Warwick’s Centre for Lifelong Learning as part of our Feast themed events - a pre-feasting exercise for health and wellbeing and a way to improve our relationship with food and eating.
