Our Resonate Pledge for 2024/2025

Every time you fill out a feedback form for our events, we are able to develop the Resonate programme and improve our offering. Over our Summer break in 2024, we took some time to reflect.

There have already been some changes that we’ve been able to make this year thanks to you, including improving pre-event communication, increasing accessibility of our on-campus events and launching our first full hybrid event.

It has also helped us to support and guide the students and staff from the University of Warwick who volunteer their time for Resonate.

 Our Resonate Pledge for 24/25:

We know that there are still improvements we can make, so below we’ve highlighted four key things from your feedback that we’ll be working on for our 2024-2025 programme:

  • We’ll provide clear age ranges for individual activities to make planning your day at our festivals easier

  • We’ll provide more information in advance about parking, refreshments and facilities at both our university campus and local venues we are visiting for events

  • We’ll make it easier for you to share your ideas to help us design the best programme for our local community

  • We’ll work towards improving our online offering, including more interactive virtual events and launching “Resonate at Home” – activities, videos and more you can enjoy in your own time

We’d love to hear from you:

Resonate aims to be a space where we can all come together to share knowledge. We’re excited to share research from the University of Warwick with you, as well as collaborating with local experts to hear about lived experience, community projects, creative works and more.

We want to know what you’d like to see in the programme and how we can better connect with the community in Coventry and Warwickshire. If you have any ideas for event themes or topics, local venues we could bring an event to or share flyers with, or gaps you can see in our programming, click the link below to let us know.

While you might not see these ideas reflected in the programme straight away, we’ll be bringing this into our long-term planning for the future of Resonate and will do our best to incorporate as many ideas as we can.

 Something to look out for…

We’re also updating our website to make it easy to see which events are being organised by the Resonate team, and which ones we are sharing on behalf of students and staff at the University who are organising their own activities and would like to invite you to attend. Keep an eye out for the “Resonate” and “Shared By Resonate” logos on our events pages!
