Performances of Plastic Drastic Fantastic:
The show explores humanity's complex relationship with plastics – the fantastic possibilities they offer, as well as the drastic consequences to the environment.
Drawing from the Indian classical dance form Bharatanatyam and South Asian dance techniques, the artists investigate plastics and the dangers of their misuse through intricate movement, gestures and play, infused with interaction with the audience.
Tickets are £10 and available from the Warwick Arts Centre Website. Performances are taking place:
11am – 12.10pm with Q&A from 11:50am-12:10pm
2.15pm – 3.25pm (Relaxed performance) with Q&A from 3:15pm-3:25pm

Drop-in to find out about home dyeing techniques and the science of plants.
Join our experts to find out more about plants and colour, have a go, and learn how you can create your own fabric dyes from kitchen waste at home.
Live Labs - 12pm – 5pm (Warwick Arts Centre Foyer)
Come and get hands on with activities and demos from artists, scientists and more! From creative activities to exploring our local environment.

Family Movement Workshop - 3.30pm – 4.30pm (Helen Martin Studio)
Take a journey through the fantastic and drastic world of plastic! Get creative together in a fun, interactive and movement-based experience for the whole family. For all ages and abilities.
The Sign of the Underground - 5:30pm – 7:30pm (Helen Martin Studio)
Meet local artists and climate activitivists. Discussions focused on regional arts and climate projects exploring waterways and the wood wide web. Age 14+ Please note this event is free but booking is required - book here!
Phantom Sculpture Gallery Trails - 11am - 4pm (Gallery)
Visit us and take part in a self-guided gallery trail with activities linked to our green theme.
Chill Out Space in National Grid Room:
We want to make our events accessible to as many people as possible. We have provided a chill out space in case any visitors need to take a break from the main activities. This will be clearly signposted, and our visitor services team is on hand to support you in the building.
